At FORSYTH, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your space, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your item in its original protective materials and shipping crate to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a white-glove pickup for furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee where applicable.
