Slipper Chairs in Loro Piana Velvet and Zebra Hide, pair

These large slipper chairs are the perfect example of why we do what we do. We'll be honest. When we bought them, they were dumpy looking. Covered in a dated, striped fabric with a skirt on the bottom, they were screaming for a makeover. Our design team knew there were good bones and good lines as a base for creating something fresh, modern, luxurious, and cool. We eliminated the skirt, chose a beautiful Loro Piana velvet, colorway of baby bamboo (did we choose it for the name? maybe), added a 20" bolster pillow because it needed something more and capped off those bolsters with a signature Forsyth flair, zebra. Vintage and dated is restored to modern and cool. What do you think? Destined for the most beautiful room on Earth, no?
